Change of Mind

• Refund requests made within 1 hour of order placement may be honored after deducting a 60% processing fee.

Unsatisfactory Delivery

• Refunds can be requested if the project fails to meet core requirements after multiple revisions have been attempted.
• Clients may opt for future credit in the form of equivalent-value free pages instead of refunds.

If no resolution is reached after these steps, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.

Refund Timeline

• All refund requests must be made within 120 days of delivery.
• Clients are responsible for noting this deadline at the time of order.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Minor issues like typos or minor technical issues do not qualify for full refunds.
• Delays caused by the client are not eligible for refunds.
• Refunds will not be granted due to subjective dissatisfaction with writing tone or style.
• For book publishing/marketing clients, no refund will be issued if required access (to platforms like Amazon or social channels) is not provided.
